"Cynical and mean": Evgeny Lyulin spoke out about the night drone attack

The chairman of the Legislative Assembly expressed his position in the MAX channel. "Cynically and treacherously, on the night of Palm Sunday, the insidious enemy attempted to strike at the Nizhny Novgorod region," wrote Evgeny Lyulin. According to previously published information, air defense forces repelled an attack by 30 Ukrainian drones in the industrial zone of Kstovo. As a result of the debris from the downed drones, damage was inflicted on the facilities of the oil refinery, the Novogorkovskaya CHPP, as well as residential buildings. The regional government reported that the Novogorkovskaya CHPP continues to operate normally, and no serious damage has been recorded at the facility. Electricity supply has already been restored in two settlements of the Kstovo district. Specialists continue to assess the consequences of the attack and clarify data on possible damages.
