THE ORANGE MARATHON IN SAROV CONTINUES: 14 SCHOOL TEAMS MET AT THE ANNIVERSARY INTERDISCIPLINARY OLYMPIAD OF THE "ROSATOM SCHOOL" PROJECT

      As part of the celebration of the 15th anniversary of the "Rosatom School" project, a jubilee tour of the interdisciplinary Olympiad has started in our city. And it turned out to be truly unusual! How was it? Yesterday, the most resilient—teachers—sat down at their desks. They had to go through a "battle with the unknown" to give the green light to their students today. Educators not only assessed the complexity of the tasks but also demonstrated a true spirit of enthusiasm. And today, the baton was taken by the children. They had to prove that they are worthy of continuing the traditions of atomic cities. What was decided yesterday and what needs to be decided today? The organizers prepared a real mix of logic, creativity, and engineering:

      A comic based on Yakut folklore. Participants needed not just to draw a story but to deeply rethink the cultural code, connecting ancient tales with modern visual language. This task tests the ability to see the essence behind the form.

      Restoring chronology. Here, the kids and teachers turned into real detectives. They had to restore the timeline of interdisciplinary Olympiad tasks from previous years. A great way to look back on the 15-year journey of the project and remember how it all began.

      Encoding with Morse code. The silence in the audience was deceptive. In fact, "on the air," work was boiling: dot-dash, dot-dash. Participants learned to convey complex concepts using a universal coding language.

      The "Rosatom School" project has always been a place where innovations are born. The special tour of the Olympiad showed that the connection between mentor and student is unbreakable, and the interest in non-standard tasks is only growing.

      As in any competition, winners were determined - the team from Network Gymnasium No. 2. The second place was taken by the team from Lyceum No. 3, and the third - from School No. 14. Congratulations to the distinguished - they will be awarded diplomas, as will the teams of educators, and we wish victory to all at the traditional autumn meta-Olympiad of the project #RosatomSchool.
