According to the project, the conclusion of contracts for paid treatment in a remote format is now officially allowed. In particular, such a contract can be arranged through the mobile applications of medical organizations. The document specifically outlines measures aimed at protecting patients. This includes preventing the imposition of paid services, artificially expanding diagnoses, and delaying the provision of medical assistance. Furthermore, an important provision regarding the payment for services has been preserved. If a clinic offers to transfer money to a third party's account, this does not exempt it from responsibility to the patient. In the event of contract termination or the provision of substandard services, the medical organization is obligated to refund the money.
