Rospotrebnadzor localized the outbreak of intestinal infection at the school in Bogorodsk.

      On March 7, 2026, at 15:52, the Society reported that Rospotrebnadzor has localized an outbreak of intestinal infection at school No. 6 in the Bogorodsky municipal district. This was reported by the press service of the regional supervisory authority.

      A signal about the sick was received on March 4. Specialists immediately went to the site, and a sanitary-epidemiological investigation began. As part of it, samples were taken from the food block for bacteria of the Escherichia coli group and pathogenic intestinal group. Water, food, and ready meal samples were also taken.

      Sick children were isolated, and medical monitoring was established for those who had contact with them. The school has been closed for quarantine since March 5.

      "Currently, the necessary complex of anti-epidemic measures is being carried out, including final disinfection," Rospotrebnadzor clarified.

      Earlier, in a segment of the program "By the Way" (16+), it was reported that students at the Bogorodsk school were fed food with a smell of rot.
