      The projects for landscaping and road development were selected based on the results of a public vote involving more than 670,000 people. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, 363 initiatives from residents will be implemented in 2026, chosen through voting as part of the regional project "It's Up to You!". The authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod region approved a list of projects that will be implemented in 2026 based on the results of the public vote within the "It's Up to You!" project. A total of 363 initiatives proposed by the residents of the region received support. The projects include ideas for improving public spaces, repairing and constructing roads, creating children's and sports playgrounds, as well as other infrastructure initiatives aimed at the development of cities and municipalities in the region. A total of 671,007 people participated in the voting. The projects that received the most votes were presented by residents of the Avtozavodsky, Sormovsky, and Kanavinsky districts of Nizhny Novgorod. Among the municipalities in the region, the leaders in activity were the city of Bor, the Pavlovsky district, and Arzamas. The regional government emphasized that the project allows residents to directly influence the development of their territories. "It is the involvement of people in decision-making that yields tangible results and allows for faster and higher-quality changes in the environment around them," noted the regional administration. The implementation of the winning projects will begin within a year, funded by regional and municipal budgets.
