The first free lectures of "Lectorium" are starting in Nizhny Novgorod.

      Nizhny Novgorod parents are invited to the first free lectures of the "Lectorium" project this year, which is implemented by the regional talent development center "Vega". The meetings will be held at the children's center "Bublik" in the "Switzerland" park (Nizhny Novgorod, Gagarin Ave, 35A). The first lecture will take place this coming Saturday, January 17, from 14:00 to 15:30. It will be conducted by cognitive-behavioral psychologist, clinical psychology master's student, and mother of many children, Tatyana Klimakhina. "We plan to discuss the concept of toxic relationships and their differences from healthy conflicts. We will also work in detail on practical strategies for effective communication and ways to establish personal boundaries," she said. The second meeting is scheduled for January 31, also from 14:00 to 15:30. Guests will enjoy one of the lectures in the "Child's Health" series. The lecture will be conducted by gynecologist-reproductive specialist Svetlana Melekhina and oncologist-mammologist, breastfeeding consultant, and the first lecturer in Russia for the Worldwide Breast Cancer Foundation, Natalia Alexeeva. "In the lecture, we will discuss the psychological and physiological features of the body during the transitional age in girls. Listeners will learn how to properly talk to their daughters about changes during adolescence and the importance of caring for their bodies," announced Natalia Alexeeva.
