Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management – a branch of RANEPA is conducting free training as part of the national project "Personnel".

      The Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management – a branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA) announces the start of accepting applications for free training within the framework of the federal project "Active Measures to Promote Employment" of the national project "Personnel," implemented in Russia by the order of President Vladimir Putin. The project provides an opportunity for Russian citizens to master a new profession or improve their qualifications for free. The project aims to support the professional growth and qualification enhancement of citizens. Free training is provided to the following categories of citizens:

      - veterans of combat operations in the Special Military Operation (SMO);

      - individuals who participated in combat operations as part of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and Luhansk People's Republic (LPR);

      - family members of individuals who died while performing tasks during the SMO;

      - unemployed citizens;

      - people with disabilities;

      - citizens aged 50 and older;

      - citizens of pre-retirement age;

      - citizens who are actually caring for a child;

      - women with children who are not in employment.

      The Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management offers 11 programs for professional retraining and qualification enhancement.

      Professional retraining programs (256 academic hours):

      - organization employee in the tourism sector;

      - tour guide.

      Qualification enhancement programs (72 academic hours):

      - manager in the hotel industry and tourism;

      - programmer;

      - tester;

      - data analyst;

      - systems analyst;

      - information security specialist;

      - environmental safety specialist;

      - forestry and park management specialist.

      Upon completion of training, a certificate of qualification enhancement from the Presidential Academy (Moscow) is issued.
