NOF is considering three options for using "Etazhi" in Nizhny Novgorod.

      Nizhny Novgorod Regional Pharmacy (NOF) is considering three possible scenarios for the use of the building of the former "Etazhi" shopping center on Belinsky Street. This was said by NOF General Director Pavel Yastrebov at a press conference on December 25, NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" correspondent reports.

      The first option provides for the sale of the building. The second is to transfer the building to a specialized state agency that could lease it out for specialized activities. The third option is to house medical or scientific organizations there.

      Earlier, the idea of opening offices in the building was considered, however, according to Yastrebov, calculations showed that the conversion would require significant financial investment. At the same time, the facility could be used for scientific or healthcare needs with minimal changes.

      All proposals for the further use of the building have already been sent to the government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. It is expected that a final decision will be made in the near future.

      Recall that NOF acquired the former "Etazhi" mall building in January 2025. There had been information that the Nizhny Novgorod mayor's office would move there. However, in the end the move was postponed.

      Earlier it was reported that Sports Minister Dmitry Kabaylo said where the department might relocate from the stadium on the Strelka.
