      A Nizhny Novgorod company — the winner of the “Development-AI” competition held by the Foundation for Assistance to Innovations as part of the federal project “Domestic Solutions” of the national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State” — received 15 million rubles in grant funding. The winner was LLC “Systems for the Development of Processes and Personnel” (LLC “SDPP”). The company is a participant in the Nizhny Novgorod Research and Education Center (NOC) and a resident of the Ankudinovka technopark. Since 2019 it has been developing the analytical platform KVATRA.PRO — a project to create an intelligent agent for personnel management and equipment maintenance.

      “The ‘Development-AI’ competition expands the opportunities for Nizhny Novgorod teams that create Russian digital solutions for industry and high-tech sectors. It is important for the region that such projects receive support precisely at the stage of creating and refining products that are in demand by the real sector of the economy. Since the beginning of 2025, Nizhny Novgorod companies have already attracted 153 million rubles in grant funding under the programs of the Foundation for Assistance to Innovations. This is a significant resource that makes it possible to accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence technologies, develop team competencies and increase the region’s technological competitiveness,” said Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The “Development-AI” competition is aimed at supporting companies developing Russian technological solutions based on artificial intelligence. Funds can be used for conducting R&D, purchasing data, materials and components, paying specialists’ salaries, renting cloud services, subcontractor services and other expenses provided for by the program conditions.

      “Our platform is designed to search for and justify managerial decisions and covers areas of personnel management, processes, tools, as well as raw materials and supplies. New functionality allows processing requests in natural language and proposing solutions in the areas of personnel training and equipment maintenance. For example, a head of HR can, in a few minutes, form an onboarding program for a new employee simply by creating a request to the system in chat mode, select one of the proposed solution options based on timelines or cost, and launch it with a single button. One of the important stages in the development of our project was becoming a resident of the Ankudinovka technopark. Technopark experts support the project at all stages of obtaining state support, including via the Foundation for Assistance to Innovations and the Skolkovo Fund,” said Dmitry Bochenkov, head of LLC “SDPP.”

      Timur Radaev, head of the Ankudinovka technopark, emphasized that the foundation’s programs enable young technology companies to move from scientific ideas to creating prototypes and subsequent commercialization.

      “During its operation, LLC ‘SDPP’ has received grant support from the Foundation for Assistance to Innovations three times: 3 million rubles in the ‘Start-CP’ and ‘Start-2’ competitions, and 15 million rubles in the ‘Development-AI’ competition. This support allows accelerating product development,” said Timur Radaev.

      The national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy,” initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, will become the main instrument for forming a new growth model. It includes federal projects aimed at developing small and medium-sized enterprises, increasing labor productivity, boosting investment activity, low-carbon development, and developing the state system of statistics and forecasting.
