Merchant Ryazanov's historic house is for sale in Gorodets for 4 million rubles.

      In Gorodets, in the Nizhny Novgorod region, a house built in the early 20th century by the well-known merchant Isaac Ryazanov is for sale. Nearly 4 million rubles are being asked for the regional cultural heritage site. This was reported by ANO "ASIRIS".

      The building is located at 9 Dmitry Maslov Street. It is a one-story wooden house erected by a member of the famous Ryazanov dynasty — Isaac Pavlovich. He was the trusted associate of his father-in-law Mikhail Lapshin, a prominent Old Believer steamship owner and the founder of the joint-stock company "Khiva", which was established in 1910.

      The house's architecture features a symmetrical layout. Inside, spacious wooden seni (a traditional entrance hall), a vestibule and a veranda have been preserved. Of particular value are original interior elements — antique doors, ceiling cornices and four stoves.

      The building's façade is decorated with pilasters and an entablature with decorative ornamentation, underscoring the historical significance of the structure.

      The building's area is 146.7 square meters, and the total area of the land plot with the house is 2,300 sq m.

      Applications to participate in the auction are being accepted until December 16 inclusive, and the electronic auction is scheduled for December 22.

      Earlier it became known that two cultural heritage sites are being sold in Lyskovo.

      It is also recalled that merchant Zaplatin's house in Nizhny Novgorod was included in the register of Nizhny Novgorod's cultural heritage sites.
