Pari NN's basketball players defeated MBA-MAI and snapped their losing streak.

      The basketball club Pari NN claimed an away victory over MBA-MAI with a score of 94:84. This match served as revenge for the defeat in the previous home game and ended the Nizhny Novgorod side’s run of failures.

      Sergey Kozin’s team seized the initiative from the opening minutes and led confidently throughout the game. In the second half the visitors tried to turn the tide, but the Nizhny Novgorod side managed to maintain control of the score.

      The final buzzer confirmed Pari NN’s win — 94:84. The top scorers for the winners were Aizeya Washington, Ilya Karpenkov and Norbert Lukach — each scored 17 points. Lukach also recorded a double-double, adding 11 rebounds to his points.

      The team will play their next game (6+) on November 12 in Saratov against Avtodor.

      Earlier it was reported that Nizhny Novgorod native Oleg Kostin won gold at the Russian Swimming Championships.
