A sauerkraut producer was caught violating regulations in Kstovsky District.

      Serious violations of labor legislation were found at the company "Home Masterpieces", which produces pickled and fermented products. The enterprise was inspected by specialists from the State Labor Inspectorate for the Nizhny Novgorod Region together with the Kstovo District Prosecutor's Office.

      It was established that one of the laborers was allowed to perform his duties without the necessary personal protective equipment. In particular, he was not issued a high-visibility safety vest and was not provided with a head covering intended to protect against industrial contamination.

      In addition, the employer did not carry out the mandatory occupational safety training. The worker did not receive instruction on safe working methods, was not informed about actions to take in hazardous situations, and did not receive information on how to provide first aid.

      The company also failed to provide documents confirming the provision of dermatological personal protective equipment and washing agents to employees.

      Materials on the identified violations have been forwarded to the prosecutor's office for consideration of bringing those responsible to administrative liability.

      Recall that in 2024 the owner of the enterprise "Beloruchka", Galina Sidarok, was detained for organizing illegal migration.
