The Nizhny Novgorod Personnel Center invites residents to job fairs in November.

      The Nizhny Novgorod staffing center "Work of Russia" is holding another series of job fairs (16+) for residents of the region in November. The events will take place in Nizhny Novgorod and at district branches of the employment service. Job seekers will be presented with in-demand vacancies from various sectors of the agro-industrial complex, housing and communal services, industrial enterprises and social institutions.

      Unemployed citizens and job seekers, graduates of universities and vocational colleges, participants in the special military operation (SMO) and their relatives, people with disabilities, as well as anyone planning to change their career trajectory are invited to participate.

      Employment service specialists will provide consultations on writing resumes and preparing for interviews, explain retraining and professional development programs, organize career guidance testing and teach how to use the "Work of Russia" portal. Fair participants will have the opportunity to meet employers in person and ask them questions.

      "Job fairs remain one of the most effective tools for employment, allowing a job seeker and an employer to meet 'here and now.' In November we tried to cover the key sectors of the economy and offer Nizhny Novgorod residents the most relevant vacancies.       Recall that since 2025, by order of President Vladimir Putin, the national project "Personnel" has come into effect in Russia. It includes four federal projects: "Labor Market Management," "Active Employment Measures," "Education for the Labor Market," and "The Working Person." The measures of the national project are aimed at preparing personnel promptly and to a high standard to meet employers' needs through coordinated work by educational institutions, companies and the state.
