The heating networks in Kstovo District will be tested with dye.

      21 October 2025 12:02 Society Specialists of the Kstovo heat networks of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of T Plus will check the city’s and the district’s rural settlements’ heat supply systems for leaks. For this, an organic dye, “Uranin A,” will be added to the network water:

      to the make-up water system of the Kstovo heat network from the Novogorkovskaya CHP — from 27 October;

      into the heating systems supplied by the Kstovo boiler houses — from 3 November.

      The dye “Uranin A” colors the water green. This will help identify possible leak locations as well as illegal tie-ins on the heat networks.

      We ask residents, upon discovering leaks of yellow-green colored water or any damage to the heat networks, to immediately report them to the dispatch service of the Kstovo heat networks by phone (83145) 7-97-75 or to the unified duty-dispatch service of the Kstovo district by phone (83145) 2-48-41.

      The dye “Uranin A” is approved for detecting water leaks in heat networks and is safe for people and the environment. It is also widely used in the production of household chemicals, in the food industry, pharmaceuticals, medicine, and other sectors.

      At the same time, we draw attention to the fact that water “from the radiator” cannot be used for household purposes. Before being supplied to the heating system it undergoes chemical treatment and contains special reagents that prevent scale formation and are unsafe for human health. In addition, it is not treated to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms.

A bill to launch a special tax regime — the "Automated Simplified Taxation System" — has been submitted to the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The initiator was the Communist Party (KPRF) faction in the Legislative Assembly.

According to the initiative, the new regime is planned to be introduced on January 1, 2026, and applied until the end of 2027. The stated goal of the innovation is to reduce the administrative burden on entrepreneurs and support business activity in the region.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Nizhny Novgorod Region will be able to use the simplified regime. At the same time, the annual income of such entities must not exceed 60 million rubles, and the average number of employees must be no more than five.

The proposed regime provides for two possible tax bases: income, or income minus expenses. The entrepreneur independently chooses the suitable option and may change it annually.

One of the key advantages of the new system will be exemption from the need to file tax returns. Accounting of income and expenses will be conducted in the taxpayer’s personal account. Tax authorities will independently calculate the tax amount based on data received from cash registers and through online services.

The head of the KPRF faction in the Legislative Assembly, Roman Kabeshev, emphasized that the adoption of the law will allow the implementation of federal measures to support small businesses, improve the business climate, and increase the economic attractiveness of the region.

Earlier, Legislative Assembly deputy Rustam Dosaev spoke about the proposed changes to the tax system, which, in his opinion, could seriously affect small businesses.
