Nizhny Novgorod's "Normanochka" drew with "OryolGU-KPRF".

      October 4, 2025, 13:00 Sports. Nizhny Novgorod's women's futsal team "Normanochka" drew for the first time this season of the Russian Futsal Championship.

      The match against OryolGU-KPRF was hard-fought. The first half ended goalless with few clear-cut chances.

      In the second half, tension on the court increased. Elizaveta Sharapova received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Yana Zimirova opened the scoring and put the Nizhny Novgorod side ahead with an accurate shot following a free-kick routine. However, shortly thereafter Normanochka's coaching staff decided to replace the goalkeeper with a fifth field player, and the opponents equalized.

      Normanochka's attempts to snatch a win in the five-on-four formation proved unsuccessful. The final whistle confirmed a 1:1 draw.

      Earlier it was reported that the Nizhny Novgorod side had won the Russian Futsal Super Cup.
