      Specialists from the State Labor Inspectorate have launched an investigation into the assault on an employee of an educational institution in Nizhny Novgorod.

      According to the agency's press service, the incident occurred on 22 September at GKOU "School No. 56". According to preliminary information, at 10:00 and then again at 14:00 an educator, while at her workplace, was physically attacked by a well-known person. Who exactly is not specified.

      Inspectors are currently establishing all the circumstances of the incident. A check is being carried out into the institution's compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

      The head of the State Labor Inspectorate for the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Ilya Moshes, noted that the agency is awaiting an official notification from the employer about what happened.

      Earlier, the State Labor Inspectorate began investigating an accident at a construction site in the Sovetsky District of Nizhny Novgorod after a worker fell from a height.
