More than one million rubles owed for bread were recovered from a Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneur.

      EconomyA Sevastopol company managed to recover a debt of more than 1.27 million rubles for the supply of bakery and confectionery products thanks to the intervention of bailiffs. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      Earlier, an individual entrepreneur had concluded a contract to supply the products but was unable to pay for them in full. After the supplier sent a demand for payment, the debtor ignored the payment requests. This became the basis for going to court.

      As a result of the case, the entrepreneur was ordered to repay the debt and pay a penalty. However, despite the court decision and warnings from the bailiff, the debtor took no steps to voluntarily fulfill his obligations.

      As a result, compulsory enforcement measures were applied. In particular, funds in the settlement accounts were seized, restrictions on leaving the country were imposed, and a ban on disposing of a Toyota Land Cruiser was imposed.

      As a result of the measures taken, the amount of the debt together with an enforcement fee of 89 thousand rubles was collected by compulsory enforcement. Thanks to the actions of the bailiffs, the supplier's rights were fully restored and the enforcement proceedings were closed.
