The Ministry of Construction of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has issued a permit for the construction of a complex for growing, storing and processing vegetable crops in the village of Doskino. The facility will be located east of house No. 1A on Zaslonova Street.
According to the regional department’s official portal, the project is being implemented by the company "Finstroy-Ekopromprodukt".
In February, the company was approved to be allocated for use a plot on the territory of the former GSKhP "Doskino" measuring 82,000 square meters, intended for agricultural activities. The project was considered at a meeting of the commission for preparing land use and development rules under the regional Ministry of Urban Development. The majority of commission members supported the initiative. However, Rospotrebnadzor expressed concern about the possible impact of the sanitary protection zone of the future enterprise on nearby residential buildings. The agency recommended that investors clarify the boundaries of the sanitary zone to ensure compliance with sanitary standards.
