      A boat carrying people capsized in the Volga opposite the Volzhskaya Embankment in Nizhny Novgorod. The incident occurred around 12:00 on 16 September, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Nizhny Novgorod Region reported.

      According to the agency, two men who fell out of the boat were rescued by bystanders. They did not require medical assistance.

      Recall that on 6 September an emergency occurred on the Volga in the Kstovo district: a tugboat rammed an inflatable boat. A fisherman who fell from the vessel drowned.
