      The director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the State Scientific Center for Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Tatyana Pavlova, told Nizhny Novgorod residents about the danger of masks made from vegetables and fruits. Her words were relayed by the editor-in-chief of MIA "Stantsionar Press," Alexey Nikonov, on his Telegram channel.

      Thus, masks made from cucumber, zucchini and onion juice can cause unpredictable reactions, especially in people with sensitive skin.       Furocoumarins are particularly dangerous — they are found in lime, parsley and celery and can cause burns when exposed to sunlight. The doctor recommends using only professional cosmetics with proven effectiveness.
