      Wives of Nizhny Novgorod SVO participants presented projects in the "SVOy Business" program. According to the press service of the RIK of the NRO "United Russia", participants of the educational project "SVOy Business" in the Nizhny Novgorod region shared the results of their training. The spouses of SVO participants — coach Irina Sharkova and anti-pastry chef Anzhelika Vedeneeva — successfully completed the intensive that took place at the Public Support Headquarters in Nizhny Novgorod in July 2025. The course program included a theoretical module and an intensive practical component.

      "The 'SVOy Business' program has proven its effectiveness: it helps to reveal new opportunities and realize oneself in the entrepreneurial sphere. Today's examples—when wives of SVO participants launch their own courses and trainings—clearly demonstrate that the project works. This gives confidence that such support really yields results," said regional coordinator of the federal party project "Entrepreneurship" Olga Nikitina.

      The Nizhny Novgorod region became the 10th region to host the nationwide modular training program "SVOy Business".

      "In our region systematic work is being carried out to support participants of the special military operation, veterans and their families. We understand the importance of ensuring that our guys returning from combat zones and the relatives of fighters do not experience difficulties in adaptation. The 'SVOy Business' project is another important step in this direction. It provides the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for entrepreneurial activity and even to start one’s own business. For many this is not only valuable experience but also new resources for self-realization. It is also important that participants can choose the area they like and receive real support in implementing their ideas and projects. I want to note the great interest and involvement of novice entrepreneurs in the training and their desire to develop their ventures," noted deputy of the Nizhny Novgorod Duma Tatyana Druzhinina.

      Anti-pastry chef Anzhelika Vedeneeva presented an updated concept for a small culinary enterprise. Anzhelika’s business grew out of a personal passion for healthy eating. According to the entrepreneur, it all started with baking for her family: without gluten, flour, dairy products, sugar, additives, or refined oil. Gradually a menu of 50 healthy desserts was formed. Anzhelika applied to participate in the "SVOy Business" educational intensive as the wife of an SVO participant. Her idea passed a strict selection.

      "The project helped me a lot. During the intensive we discussed every business idea thoroughly with the group. We actively proposed suggestions, held 'brainstorms'. The fact that I am now reformatting my business and products is thanks to the educational program. I am happy to have become one of the participants of 'SVOy Business'. The project is great," shared graduate of the "SVOy Business" educational project Anzhelika Vedeneeva.

      Irina Sharkova is a certified international coach. She conducts individual sessions and group trainings. She joined the "SVOy Business" project to develop a new direction: "the adaptation of SVO participants and their family members in the 'new' world and finding oneself and one's business." Irina is familiar with such problems from personal experience. In 2000 her father died during the Second Chechen Campaign. Her husband is an SVO participant.

      "My project is called 'Life’s Work'. It covers not only the search for oneself and the area where one would like to develop further, but also establishing or even restoring relationships with close and loved ones. I plan individual work with family members to help them process emotional moments and understand how and where to move forward. Today I am presenting a mini-training 'Emotional Hygiene and How One Can Disarm in This Unsettled World'. It is aimed at SVO participants and their relatives, primarily wives and mothers. This is a basic introductory training that will begin a better understanding of oneself and one's surroundings," explained "SVOy Business" educational project graduate Irina Sharkova.

      The goal of the "SVOy Business" educational program is the adaptation of SVO participants, combat veterans and their family members to civilian life, the formation and development of entrepreneurial competencies, and the unlocking of potential to start one’s own business.

      Recall that support for participants of the special military operation and their family members is a priority area of the party's work and one of the main items of the "United Russia" people’s program. This initiative underscores the party's steadfast commitment to providing comprehensive assistance and support to those who defend the country's interests.
