      A former teacher at School No. 58 in Nizhny Novgorod, previously dismissed for posting explicit photographs, has been detained. This was reported by "Komsomolskaya Pravda — Nizhny Novgorod" citing a source in law enforcement.

      The 31-year-old woman was caught together with a 25-year-old man while attempting to distribute drugs. Police clarified that the pair were placing so-called "stashes" (hidden caches) in the Avtozavodsky District. During operational work, officers established exactly where the perpetrators were hiding the prohibited substances.

      In addition, during a personal search and at the detained woman's home, 20 parcels with an unknown substance, a mobile phone, seven rolls of electrical tape, zip-lock bags and modeling clay were found. An examination showed that three of the parcels contained a dangerous synthetic substance with a total mass of almost 3 grams.

      Both suspects have been arrested. They have been charged with the illegal sale of narcotic drugs in large quantities. Under the law, drug traffickers face up to 20 years in prison.

      Earlier it was reported that a drug dealer with a large consignment was caught in the Lyskovsky District.
