      A fatal traffic accident involving four vehicles occurred in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations.

      According to preliminary data, two tractor-trailers and two passenger cars collided near Lyskovo. In footage posted by eyewitnesses on social media, one of the cars can be seen trapped under a heavy truck. Also, reportedly, one of the vehicles caught fire.

      So far, one person is known to have died. Specialists, including rescue service personnel, are already working at the scene. Because of the accident, a huge traffic jam formed on the highway. It stretched for almost 14 kilometers.
