As part of the "Summer Institute" project, young teacher-researchers from 12 countries visited Knyagininsky University. This university became one of the internship platforms where participants could familiarize themselves with the latest practices and approaches in education and science.

"Partners of the N. A. Dobrolyubov Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University, within the framework of the international project 'Summer Institute for Young Teachers and Researchers,' provide participants during the internship with the opportunity to take part in master classes and practical sessions that reveal the specifics of interregional and intraregional cooperation. An important aspect of the discussion is the issues concerning the scientific-educational, cultural and economic development of regions, which is especially relevant for countries with developing education systems," said Acting Rector of the N. A. Dobrolyubov Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University, Nikita Avralev.

Events at the Knyagininsky University internship site "Social Communications for Academic Leadership in the Regional Contour" were devoted to the exchange of experience and ideas for integrating educational and scientific practices in the regional context.

As the Summer Institute coordinator and Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and International Cooperation of NGLU, Anna Gorokhova noted, such professional communications become a basis for discussing possible future partnership cooperation between Russian universities and universities from the project participant countries.

"Internship participants were impressed by Knyagininsky University's practice-oriented education model, which is aimed at the development of the rural territories of the Nizhny Novgorod region. This aroused lively interest among foreign colleagues, who saw in it the potential for implementing similar initiatives in their countries," said Anna Mikhailovna.

Rector of Knyagininsky University Anatoly Shamin acquainted the foreign specialists with the university's breakthrough practices and also conducted a tour of its modern scientific and educational spaces. Special attention was paid to project activities and to the introduction of modern technologies such as VR and IT into the educational process.

"Our guests were able to become acquainted with robotics and other advanced areas that are actively being developed at Knyagininsky University. This not only broadened their understanding of the possibilities for applying technologies in education, but also inspired new ideas for their own projects," said Anatoly Evgenyevich.

Project participants were especially impressed by the test drive of modern agricultural machinery, which is an important element of the university's scientific and educational infrastructure.

"Knyagininsky University, as a point of attraction for various categories of the region's population, has become an example of how higher education can serve as a driver for territorial development," emphasized trainee lecturer of the Department of Political Science at the Belarusian State Economic University Elizaveta Timoshenko.

All participants noted that they took from Knyagininsky University not only new knowledge and skills, but also inspiration for further work in their countries and for implementing new innovative projects.
