Nizhny Novgorod restaurant "Robinson" is being sold for the third time for 109 million rubles.

      Economics: The "Robinson" restaurant building located at 108 Grebnoy Canal Embankment in Nizhny Novgorod is being put up for sale again. The listing for the auction appeared on a classifieds website.

      The property belongs to the bankrupt LLC "Redmit." It is a two-story building with a total area of about 1,900 square meters.

      It is worth noting that it was initially put up for sale in March 2025 for 173.7 million rubles, but no buyer was found. In May, the price was reduced to 156.3 million rubles, but there was again no interest.

      For the third time, the price was reduced to 109.4 million rubles, nearly 50 million less than the original price.

      Applications for participation in the auction will be accepted until September 6.

      It was previously reported that the Nizhny Novgorod region reduced spending on auctions and saved 1.3 billion rubles.
