In the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, a criminal case has been initiated upon instruction from the acting head of the regional Investigative Committee regarding the use of violence by teenagers against a man.

      During media monitoring conducted by employees of the regional investigative department, a publication was identified reporting that in the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region, teenagers inflicted bodily harm on a man, including using pyrotechnic devices. Based on this fact, an investigator of the Dzerzhinsk city investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Nizhny Novgorod Region promptly initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed with the use of items used as weapons). Currently, the investigator of the SK is carrying out a set of investigative actions aimed at establishing all circumstances and causes of the incident.
