      Эксперты "Минин-центра" анализируют события прошедшей недели, которые влияют на социально-политическую ситуацию в мире, России и Нижегородской области, где проявляются долговременные тенденции. Темы этой недели: "Страсти по Украине", "Символы – тоже оружие" и "2026 год станет периодом адаптации к новым параметрам в экономике".

      Федеральная тема – "Страсти по Украине"

      Председатель АНО "Минин-центра" Алексей Орехов:

      "В Bloomberg вышло интервью с бывшим главой МИ-6 Ричардом Муром, который утверждает, что конфликт на Украине является испытанием воли, решающим не судьбу Украины, а способность Запада контролировать мировую систему. Это лишь очередное напоминание о том, что конфликт имеет экзистенциальный характер и никто не собирается вести с нами переговоры.

      К концу года основное внимание сосредоточено на фронте. В результате успешных действий ВС РФ военная структура Киева начинает ослабевать, что обусловлено несколькими объективными причинами. Во-первых, значительно истощён человеческий ресурс Киева, и темпы мобилизации не компенсируют уровень потерь и дезертирства. С каждым месяцем число украинских солдат на поле боя уменьшается.

      Во-вторых, после прекращения США безвозмездного финансирования военных поставок их объём заметно снизился. ЕС не справляется с поддержкой украинского проекта и всё больше задумывается о экспроприации "замороженных" российских валютных резервов. Такой шаг лишь продлит агонию Украины на пару лет, но несёт большие финансовые и политические риски для ЕС.

      В-третьих, Европе нужно переоснащение, готовясь к потенциальному конфликту с Россией. Это потребует значительных финансовых вливаний в вооружённые силы европейских стран, что означает, что Украине достанется всё меньше помощи.

      И всё это происходит на фоне стремительного отступления ВСУ без шансов на успех. Ситуация для украинской армии продолжает ухудшаться на нескольких ключевых участках фронта. Пока внимание приковано к Покровску, Купянску и Гуляйполю, особенно критическая обстановка складывается в районе Северска и Лимана. Это практически вся линия фронта.

      На фоне убедительных успехов российской армии ожидаемо начались очередные обсуждения "мирного плана", якобы согласованного и США, и Россией. Это уже обсуждается, в том числе и нашими чувствительными экспертами и заинтересованными сторонами.

      Очевидно, что определенные скрытые переговоры по урегулированию конфликта на Украине всё же ведутся, однако на данный момент Запад не готов серьезно обсуждать условия, выдвинутые Россией. Кажется, Запад напуган нашими успехами на фронте и стремится любыми способами остановить наше наступление и заморозить конфликт.

      Если говорить о так называемом "Мирном плане Трампа", то он явно не предполагает достижения Россией целей СВО.

      В то же время, российский МИД официально заявил, что не в курсе происходящего: "Россия не получала от США проекта соглашения по Украине такого уровня. Если бы у американской стороны действительно были предложения, они были бы сообщены через установленные каналы связи внешнеполитических ведомств обеих стран", - подчеркнула спикер МИД России Мария Захарова.

      Россия в курсе возможных модификаций и формулировок мирного плана со стороны США, но официально Москва ничего не получала от Вашингтона, отметил пресс-секретарь РФ Дмитрий Песков.

      Что касается коррупционного скандала на Украине, то никто не намерен менять, убирать или расправляться с Зеленским. Просто его команда, запутавшаяся в своих действиях, была поставлена на место, чтобы понять, кто на самом деле главный и что за излишние вольности последует расплата. Для России это не меняет ничего – никто не будет менять лидера воюющей страны во время войны".
