      Under the control of the bailiffs, the operation of a fast food cafe has been suspended due to violations of migration legislation.

      The individual entrepreneur was held administratively liable under Part 1 of Article 18.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with the restrictions established in accordance with federal law regarding foreign citizens, stateless persons, and foreign organizations on the conduct of certain types of activities). The woman employed foreign citizens in the cafe in violation of the requirements of current migration legislation. The court imposed a penalty in the form of an administrative suspension of activities in the trade pavilion where the catering point is located for 14 days.

      The bailiff of the Sormovo district department of Nizhny Novgorod of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region initiated two enforcement proceedings and immediately went to the address. The service representative handed the entrepreneur procedural documents. During the enforcement actions, the trade pavilion was disconnected from the power supply, and food products were removed from it. The bailiff sealed the entrance doors and warned the debtor about the responsibility for non-compliance with the court's decision.

      Now, throughout the entire period of suspension of activities, an employee of the enforcement authorities will go to the address and check the execution of the administrative penalty.
