A free course on working with AI has been launched for Nizhny Novgorod residents with disabilities.
On August 5, 2026, at 17:15, Society In the Nizhny Novgorod region, the acceptance of applications for the free online course "Everyone Included" has started, dedicated to working with artificial intelligence. The program for people with disabilities and health issues was prepared by MTS in collaboration with MWS AI. Registration is open until August 21.
Training will begin on September 1 and will last for seven weeks. During this time, participants will learn the basics of neural networks and other AI tools, as well as how to apply them in everyday and work tasks—from preparing texts and searching for information to creating visual materials and automating individual processes.
The educational platform is compatible with screen readers, supports keyboard navigation, video materials are accompanied by subtitles, and online classes include translation into Russian sign language. The program was developed with the recommendations of inclusion specialists, including representatives of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf.
The main stage of training includes 25 video lessons, practical assignments, and tests divided into seven thematic modules. A total of at least 500 people will be able to complete the training.
After completing the basic course, 30 students with the best results will be able to move on to the practical part. They will be offered to work with cases from technology companies in the areas of client communications, automation, digital services, analytics, and information processing. Throughout the training, participants will be assisted by curators. At the end of the program, there will be an online meeting where participants will present their projects, receive certificates, and feedback from experts.
The director of MTS in the Nizhny Novgorod region, Andrey Belov, noted that the course is also aimed at people who have not previously worked with neural networks.
