      The Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Arthur Batursky, will hold a personal reception for citizens on July 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the reception office for citizens of the governor and the regional government at Kostina Street, 2 in Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported by the press service of the regional government. Batursky oversees issues related to the socio-economic development of the region, investment activities, as well as property and land relations. Citizens of the Russian Federation, foreigners, and stateless persons legally residing in the region can register for the reception if their issue has previously been considered within the competence, but personal participation of the deputy chairman is required for a decision to be made. To register, it is necessary to send a written or electronic request for an appointment along with a description of the issue. Registration ends five working days before the date of the reception.
