On June 18, 2026, at 18:00, Society In the village of Pankratovo, in the Pochinkovsky district, a quarantine has been established due to bovine leukemia. The corresponding order has been posted on the official portal for the publication of regulatory acts. Restrictive measures have been in place since May 21, 2026, after a positive result from a serological test on a cow kept in the personal subsidiary farm of Vaganova L.V. The examination was conducted by the Pochinkovskaya interdistrict veterinary laboratory. The territory of this personal subsidiary farm has been recognized as an epizootic focus and reservation. The entire village of Pankratovo has been declared an unfavorable point. During the quarantine period in the focus, the export of susceptible animals is prohibited, except for sending them for slaughter or moving them to the reservation. Visits to the farm by outsiders are also restricted—access is allowed only for specialists from the state veterinary service, personnel involved in production processes and the elimination of the focus, as well as citizens residing in the area. The holding of fairs, exhibitions, and other events related to the movement of susceptible animals is prohibited throughout the village. At the same time, previously imposed restrictions on pasteurellosis of various species in the village of Kalinovka, Pilninsky district, have been lifted, as well as the quarantine for bovine leukemia in the personal subsidiary farm of Karmanova E.I. in the village of Teplovo, in the urban district of Kulebaki.
