This was reported to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" by the regional ministry of property. The ministry noted that a package of documents necessary for conducting the auction is currently being prepared. After this procedure is completed, an assessment of the market value of the property will be ordered. The starting price of the auction will be formed based on this assessment. It was previously reported that the regional government began preparations for the sale of the building on Belinsky Street. The property is planned to be sold through an open auction. At that time, it was reported that the starting price should ensure a mandatory positive budget effect compared to the purchase amount. Recall that at the beginning of 2025, the owner of "Etazhi" became the State Enterprise "Nizhny Novgorod Regional Pharmacy." The transaction amount could be around 700 million rubles. According to the latest data from the company's management, the property with an area of 14,000 square meters is valued at 950 million rubles. Initially, the acquisition of the former shopping center was considered to free up part of the premises in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin.
