      June 9, 2026 09:22 Economy The bailiffs closed a bar for 90 days for violating the rules of alcohol circulation in the Avtozavodsky district. This was reported by the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region. The fact of illegal alcohol sales without the appropriate license and documents confirming its legality was revealed by representatives of the regional Ministry of Industry. Protocols were drawn up against the legal entity under part 2 of Article 14.16 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for the sale of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products) and under part 3 of Article 14.17 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the requirements for the production or circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products). The arbitration court found the organization guilty and decided to suspend its activities for 90 days. The seized alcoholic beverages were ordered to be destroyed. The bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings. An agency employee went to the location of the bar, sealed the premises, and the entrance groups of the establishment.
