At the Nizhny Novgorod branch of JSC "Grinatom," participants were introduced to the most modern methods of organizing production and corporate culture, starting from a special laboratory for training in lean production to workplaces and relaxation areas. The focus of the specialists from the regional council meeting was on solving personnel issues and developing the potential of the working youth in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, as well as exploring new tools for communication development and increasing the competencies of young employees in enterprises. The knowledge gained will be adapted by the Youth Council of JSC "OKO" for further implementation in our company. JSC "Unified Utility Operator" plays an active role in the Working Youth Council of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, representing the interests of the housing and utilities sector and contributing to its professional development.
