In the Nizhny Novgorod region, the winners of the "MoloT" project have been determined.

      In the Nizhny Novgorod region, the regional stage of the project for working youth of the Volga Federal District "MoloT" ("Youth Labor") took place in 2026. It involved employees from organizations in the real sector of the economy of non-state ownership from 13 municipalities and more than 40 enterprises in the region. The competitions were held in the format of a sports festival. Participants competed in team and individual disciplines, including an intellectual quiz, family relay, mini-football, chess, the game "Gorodki," table tennis, running, volleyball, and a career orientation video contest about the prestige of working professions. Based on the overall results, winners were determined in team and individual disciplines. They will represent the Nizhny Novgorod region at the district stage of the project in the Perm Krai from August 5 to 9. According to the Ministry of Youth Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod region, the regional delegation will consist of 29 people. The finals will include sports and intellectual competitions, creative contests, and an additional program. Minister of Youth Policy Svetlana Anufrieva noted that the project contributes to the development of soft skills among working youth and the formation of a culture of cooperation. The "MoloT" project is conducted under the patronage of the office of the presidential envoy to the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov.
