      On May 7, 2026, a judge of the Bolshie Boldino interdistrict court of the Nizhny Novgorod region reviewed a case of an administrative offense under part 1 of article 12.24 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules or vehicle operation rules that resulted in minor harm to the health of the victim).

      As established by the court, on January 13, 2026, on the Uzhovka – Bolshie Boldino – Salgany highway, driver V., operating a GAZelle truck, failed to choose a safe speed and appropriate distance from the LADA vehicle moving ahead in the opposite direction, and while overtaking snow removal equipment, collided with the LADA vehicle moving in the opposite direction. As a result of the accident, the driver of the LADA vehicle sustained bruises and abrasions, resulting in minor harm to health.
