A criminal case has been initiated in the Semyonovsky district for causing harm to a woman's health.

      In the village of Sukhobezvodnoye in the Semenovsky municipal district, a criminal case has been initiated against a man born in 1987, suspected of making death threats and intentionally causing moderate harm to the health of his former cohabitant. According to preliminary data, the man came to his former residence to collect personal belongings. During the ensuing conflict, he began to behave aggressively and used violence against his former partner, born in 1968. It has been established that the suspect grabbed the victim by the throat, making death threats, after which he struck her multiple times with his hands and feet on various parts of her body. Additionally, the assailant used a shovel, with which he also struck the woman several times. The victim was hospitalized in a medical facility. Doctors diagnosed her with a concussion, a bruised wound on her eyelid, and multiple rib fractures. Criminal cases have been initiated based on the signs of crimes provided for in Article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Threat of murder or causing serious harm to health") and Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional causing of moderate harm to health"). Currently, necessary investigative actions are being conducted to establish all the circumstances of the incident. Police remind: any manifestations of domestic violence entail legal responsibility.
