A "School of Issuers" will be launched in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      In the Nizhny Novgorod region, the launch of a training program for businesses called "Issuer School" is planned. The cooperation agreement for its implementation was signed by the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, secretary of the Nizhny Novgorod regional branch of the United Russia party Gleb Nikitin, general director of the Regional Development Corporation Igor Ishchenko, and head of the Volga-Vyatka branch of the Bank of Russia Andrey Popov. The signing ceremony took place as part of the business program of the conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" ("CIPR-2026") in Nizhny Novgorod. The program aims to prepare Nizhny Novgorod companies for attracting financial instruments beyond bank lending, including digital financial assets, bonds, and shares. According to Gleb Nikitin, diversifying funding sources will stimulate the investment development of enterprises and attract off-budget resources for project implementation. The target audience of the "Issuer School" is medium and large companies considering going public within a horizon of two to five years. Igor Ishchenko noted that the program should increase the popularity of alternative financial instruments in the region and reduce enterprises' dependence on bank lending when implementing new projects. It is planned that speakers will include representatives from the Bank of Russia, major consulting and investment companies. Andrey Popov emphasized that the program involves step-by-step preparation for the issuance of securities and digital financial assets, as well as the modernization of companies' business models. The XI conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" is taking place in Nizhny Novgorod from May 18 to 21, 2026, with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, and the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The organizer is the company "OMG."

      The organization of specialized IT conferences and exhibitions aligns with the objectives of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State," implemented in Russia from 2025 by order of President Vladimir Putin.
