The master plan for the KRT at the "Switzerland" park is not ready yet.

      May 14, 2026 19:18 Society The project for the comprehensive development of the area near the "Switzerland" park in Nizhny Novgorod has not yet received approval. As reported by NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" in the Ministry of Urban Development and Agglomeration, in April 2025, materials for the development of the area were submitted to the agency at the initiative of the landowner in the Sluda settlement area, 12 in the Soviet district. After their review, comments were sent to the developer. The master plan was recommended for revision.

      "The corrected master plan has not been submitted to the ministry, and no decision regarding this area has been made," the agency reported.

      Recall that back in April 2022, LLC "Sluda" proposed the construction of residential buildings on the Oka embankment along the "Switzerland" park. This concerns the plot between the youth sailing school and the Sluda water intake station, which belongs to the company. The master plan developed in 2022 was also returned for revision. It was also reported that at the initiative of the developer, a new road is planned to be built along the right bank of the Oka, connecting Chernigovskaya Street and the Molitovsky Bridge with the Sluda settlement. The company needs to develop a land planning project for it. The city administration noted that on April 13, 2026, an order was issued allowing the development of documentation for the land planning of the road from Chernigovskaya Street at the Molitovsky Bridge to the Sluda settlement. The prepared materials must be submitted to the ministry and approved by April 16, 2027. Previously, the company had already applied for permission to develop planning documentation for this road, but the documents were not submitted for review within the established timeframe.
