This was reported by NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" in the press service of the regional government. The property on Belinsky Street in Nizhny Novgorod is planned to be sold through an open auction. The authorities promised to announce the dates for the auction later. The regional government clarified that the initial cost of the building will be determined taking into account the mandatory positive budget effect for the region - compared to the price of its purchase. It should be noted that at the beginning of 2025, the new owner of "Etazhi" became the State Enterprise "Nizhny Novgorod Regional Pharmacy". According to sources, the deal amount could be around 700 million rubles. As explained by the government, the purchase of the former shopping center was previously agreed upon to free up part of the buildings in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin. In particular, the option of relocating employees from the fifth building, where the administration of Nizhny Novgorod is currently located, was considered. However, later the authorities decided to postpone the implementation of these plans due to the changed macroeconomic and budgetary situation. As a result, it was decided to sell the property on favorable terms for the regional budget.
