The fee for the maintenance of residential premises will be indexed by 5%, which corresponds to the projected inflation rate for 2026. For Nizhny Novgorod, including Novinki, the increase will range from 0.68 to 2.25 rubles per square meter, in Kstovo - from 0.29 to 1.78 rubles per "square."
