Previously, house chats were launched in the messenger for interaction between residents and management organizations. The new functionality is the next stage in the development of this format. At the first stage, users have access to: authorization through a verified Gosuslugi account, viewing information about their property, submitting meter readings, sending requests to the management organization, and connecting to the house chats of their buildings. "House chats are an important element in building a modern system of interaction in housing and utilities. They allow not only communication but also prompt resolution of everyday issues. Their development is aimed at increasing the transparency of the work of management organizations and improving unified approaches to processing citizens' requests. This ensures control over the timelines and quality of their consideration," said Konstantin Mikhaylik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation.
Access to the functions is organized as follows: you need to open the house chat and go to the "Gosuslugi Dom" chatbot, where a mini-application is available.
