      70 enforcement proceedings have been initiated against the woman for the collection of administrative fines from the traffic police, totaling over 37 thousand rubles, as well as 306 enforcement proceedings for the collection of enforcement fees amounting to 342 thousand rubles. According to responses from registering authorities, it has been established that the debtor owns a Land Rover Sport vehicle, for which a ban on registration actions has been issued.

      As part of inter-agency cooperation between enforcement officers and the traffic police, the vehicle was successfully located. The citizen was stopped by traffic police officers in Makhachkala. The bailiffs immediately sent a request for the seizure of the debtor's vehicle to their colleagues in the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Dagestan.

      Currently, the vehicle has been seized and transferred for safekeeping to a specialized organization. In the future, the vehicle will be sold, and the proceeds will be directed towards settling the debt in favor of the creditors.
