      The State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes of the Russian Federation approved the bill proposed by Nizhny Novgorod deputies regarding changes to the Tax Code. This was reported by the chairman of the regional Legislative Assembly, Evgeny Lyulin, on his Telegram channel.

      Recall that the Nizhny Novgorod deputies propose to add three words to the Tax Code, which will facilitate residents of villages' access to cash. According to current legislation, it is only possible to replenish accounts and withdraw cash at those retail points of individual entrepreneurs located in rural settlements.

      However, in practice, many settlements in rural areas do not have the status of municipal formations. Therefore, the Nizhny Novgorod deputies proposed to add "municipal and urban districts" to rural settlements in the code. This will allow people living in villages to withdraw cash and deposit it into their accounts without traveling to the city.
