The DUK put a woman from Nizhny Novgorod on a "blacklist" for complaining about poor snow removal.

The topic of the snowfall is being actively discussed on social networks and in the mass media. Residents of Nizhny Novgorod are posting photographs of snow-covered courtyards that are maintained by management companies and homeowners' associations (TSZh). Representatives of these organizations regularly conduct inspections of the areas to assess the situation.
The head of Nizhny Novgorod, Yury Shalabaev, also monitors social networks to track, among other things, the responses of servicing organizations. He spoke about an outrageous case that stands out from the others.
"A resident of the Burnakovsky residential complex was put on her management company's 'blacklist' for complaining about the snow — a company that is even paid money for that very work! Someone, it seems, has completely lost touch with reality," the mayor wrote on his Telegram channel.
He noted that although everyone is making titanic efforts to fight the snow, such cases cannot be ignored.
To date, ATI has initiated about 500 administrative cases against management companies and homeowners' associations for failure to properly perform their duties. This served as a signal for many organizations, which urgently began to correct their mistakes.
"Let the rest take a cue from the first," the head of the city wished.
Recall that due to the ongoing snowfall, all management companies and contracting organizations in Nizhny Novgorod have been moved to an intensified work mode. The Hydrometeorological Center has already warned that during January 9–10 heavy snowfall is again expected in some districts of the Nizhny Novgorod region and Nizhny Novgorod. The Balkan cyclone "Francis" was to blame for the bad weather.
