More than 320 million rubles are being allocated for the protection of Nizhny Novgorod's bridges and roads.
14 November 2025 13:17 Society The Main Directorate of Automobile Roads of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has announced tenders to ensure the security of transport infrastructure facilities. The information was published on the government procurement portal.
The total value of the contracts exceeds 320 million rubles. Contractors will be required to provide round-the-clock surveillance of bridges, overpasses, interchanges and sections of roads included in the technical specifications. The list of facilities includes, in particular, stretches of the M-7 highway, the interchange near the village of Olgino, the bridge over the Alatyr River, overpasses on the Murom — Nizhny Novgorod and Nizhny Novgorod — Kstovo routes, and others.
The largest share of funding is allocated for Nizhny Novgorod and the Bor urban district: 107.8 million rubles are allocated here for the protection of seven facilities. A further 57.4 million will be directed to protecting four facilities in Nizhny Novgorod and the Bogorodsky district.
Two separate contracts are planned in the Kstovo municipality. The first, costing 57.4 million rubles, covers eight facilities. The second — for 44.4 million — concerns the protection of three more sections.
In addition, almost 13.1 million rubles are allocated for the protection of the bridge over the Alatyr River in the Pochinkovsky district.
An additional 44.4 million rubles will be allocated to safeguard two transport infrastructure facilities in the territory of the Bor urban district.
The contract works are scheduled for the period from 1 January 2026 until the end of 2027. The auction winners will be determined in early December.
