Bus No. 122 will connect Berezovaya Poima with the Sormovsky District without transfers.
14 November 2025 09:00 Society. In Nizhny Novgorod, from 14 November a new bus route No. 122 will begin operating, providing a direct transport link between the Orlovskie Dvoriki settlement and the Sormovo district. This was reported by the Center for Transport Systems Development.
The new route will pass through the Berezovaya Poima microdistrict and terminate at the Varya metro station. Thus, residents of Berezovaya Poima will be able to reach the center of Sormovo without needing to change buses in Orlovskie Dvoriki.
One bus will operate on the line, running at the established city fare. This decision is aimed at increasing the accessibility of public transport and improving the quality of travel for local residents.
Route No. 122 replaces the former Route No. 210 "Berezovaya Poima – Kanavinsky TPU," which previously provided service between these areas.
Operation of the new route has been temporarily assigned to Meshcheryakov and Company LLC under a short-term state contract valid until 30 November. After that period ends, the carrier will be selected based on the results of competitive procedures.
Earlier it was reported that a public vote had begun in Nizhny Novgorod to determine the routing scheme of bus No. 38.
