A new artificial intelligence–based service designed to automate customer interactions has been unveiled. The solution is aimed at entrepreneurs in the Nizhny Novgorod region and allows recording negotiations, managing a client base, and freeing up to six hours of working time per week.
According to a study, the lack of precise recording of negotiation details can lead to a loss of up to 10% of profits. This is especially relevant when agreements are made verbally. Failures in fulfilling obligations, misunderstandings of terms, delivery delays, and loss of customers are common problems for small businesses.
The new MTS Optimus platform includes tools for automatic call recording and transcription, creation of concise meeting summaries, and intelligent search across tasks and contacts. Using AI allows entrepreneurs to manage workflows more effectively and focus on growing their business rather than on routine operations.
The service is available as a mobile app and a mini-CRM in a web version that works without the need to integrate with other systems. After logging in with a phone number, all calls made through the app are automatically uploaded to the personal account. From any conversation, users can quickly place an order, save a contact, or create a task.
All actions are synchronized across devices. For example, if a user adds a contact in the app, it will immediately appear in the web version along with the history of calls, orders, and tasks. The system also has a built-in catalog that allows users to quickly attach products and services to specific orders.
"When processes are unstructured, businesses face many problems: errors, overdue obligations, confusion in orders. Unsynchronized work leads to losses, and multitasking reduces efficiency. AI-based services become digital assistants that record agreements, transcribe calls, manage tasks, and store interaction histories. This is not just a tool — it is an opportunity to focus on business development," commented Andrey Belov, director of MTS in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Call recordings are stored for three months, and transcriptions are available for as long as the user needs. All data are hosted on secure servers that prevent unauthorized access.
Developers' near-term plans include implementing anti-spam protection, launching a team-work mode for corporate clients, adapting the platform for tablets, and enabling the purchase of a virtual number for calls directly from the app.
