159 packets of drugs found on a stash runner in Nizhny Novgorod

In the settlement of Malinovaya Gryada, narcotics police detained a 24-year-old resident of the town of Semyonov. The police noticed a young man with a prior conviction. He was moving around the plots suspiciously, which aroused the officers' interest. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
During a search, they found 100 bundles with an unknown substance in his backpack and another 59 in the pockets of his clothing. They were all neatly wrapped in electrical tape. An examination of one of the seized bundles confirmed the presence of amphetamine weighing 1.431 grams.
It turned out that the detainee had already made 180 drug stashes in the Prioksky district. At the time of his arrest, the police managed to find and seize 145 of them. All the bundles were sent for analysis.
A criminal case was opened against the young man under the article on attempted sale of drugs on a large scale. While the investigation is ongoing, he will remain in custody.
Earlier it was reported that a 29-year-old man who hid more than two dozen bundles of drugs in his socks was detained in Nizhny Novgorod.
