According to the press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police found 100 packages with a substance in his backpack and another 59 in his pockets. The packages were wrapped in insulating tape. Experts examined the contents of one randomly selected package and concluded it was amphetamine. Narcotics police officers established that the offender had managed to make 180 stash drops in the Prioksky district. From 145 hiding places the packages were seized and sent for examination.
